Quite a creepy room, although the wonderful GM had turned down the scare factor for us because we're not good with scary scenes. The theming was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the iPad at the start. The theming started before the room, being given tic tacs to 'knock us out' before we entered the room. One padlock failed during our game, and our GM apologised, and fixed it for us (while we were working on other puzzles, so the immersion wasn't lost). By the time we'd finished the room 5 minutes later, she'd already refunded the entire cost of the room as an apology. Definitely not necessary, but a wonderful example of great customer service.

Fun room, perfect for 2 player team wouldn't recommend more than 3. Jamie was an amazing host. Well worth a visit.
Host:
Jamie was very welcoming with a warm introduction and quick chat upon entry. Room was ready to go when we arrived and after a quick check of the room, he came back in character for the brief which was a nice touch.
Story/Props:
Storyline was basic but was an effective introduction to the room. The set was dramatic with an air of creepiness. Props and equipment did the job, not tacky or cheap but not overly impressive either.
Puzzles/Tech:
Puzzles were linear with an obvious cause and effect while a few extras thrown in for misdirection kept us on our toes. The clue system was clever and another impressive element made even better by our host. More of a code/key lock room than automatic however this doesn't take away from the satisfaction. More physical puzzles than other rooms at U-Escape.
Be Aware:
Minor fear factor. Starting room quite small, would recommend 2-3 players, anymore may be a little cramped.
This was my first ever escape room! It gave me and my partner the bug to do many more. The game was immersive and had some great puzzle and props. I have now done all the game by U-escape rooms. I keep coming back as the owners passion really comes through in the games.
A fun room to attempt as an experienced 2-player team. I'm not normally a fan of scary rooms, but wanted to give this a go because we loved Barbershop by the same team. It was more creepy than scary, with enough of atmosphere to create the experience but with little in the way of jump scares and no live actors, which I was pleased about, as a big wuss! While it wouldn't be my personal preferred type of theme, I still enjoyed it.
The puzzles were smart, and were good implementations of the theme - and we enjoyed some of the more interesting and unique clues and solutions.
The team at U-Escape were brilliant as usual, from the GM to the contact before and after with the team and management.
All in all a good, solid room from a great company.
Really good theme and immersive puzzles. Great hosting. Could be slightly harder.
