You've heard of Sir Benjamin Diggit, a famous archaeologist who disappeared along with his treasures. Following his ruined diary, and assisted by a rather stuck-up member of the British Authorities, your Mission is set! Just make sure the same fate doesn’t befall you…

Can’t fault it. Familiar escape game puzzles done beautifully along with original ideas, and so many different things to do. Fantastic hosting. Thoroughly entertained. Would recommend for 2 so you don’t miss out on parts of the experience.
BRILLIANT hosting - great experience to have the host so involved in the room to push the story along, it really worked. Great flow to the room and lots to do so each member of the team was occupied.
Our second Hounds room of the day. The host was more in character than anyone thats ever lived, an extreme level of being in character, she flawlessly delivered the setup and ran the room all without dropping it for a second.
The room was great, good start, good end, some nice puzzles and quite high tech.

Hounds have made three absolutely amazing games all in one location and all for their first ever rooms. You are searching for a lost relic somewhere in the jungle, with help from (in our case) Teddy, a local explorer from the British Museum (with all the over the top Englishness that one person can muster, pip pip!). This game is great fun, loads of puzzles, beautifully decorated spaces and hosting that does not stop from walking in to walking out.Great fun all round.

This was the first room we played at Hounds, great Host, really nice venue and a lot of effort put into the rooms. Very immersive. Defainately worth the trip.

Fantastic. Is what a modern escape room should look to be - immersive, story driven. Combining puzzles with suitable theatrics without ruining the immersion.
I’ll admit, I am somewhat biased, being totally and automatically in love with almost any game that gives me an opportunity to live out my Indiana Jones fantasies, but Explorer’s Diary is about as close to perfect as a game could get.
I love a good temple game. And this is a very good temple (ish) game. Our first experience at Hounds and it was a spectacular one. From the in-character greeting by Sir Reginald to the frantic rush to the exit with literally two seconds remaining, this was an absolutely top class adventure
Crawley is fast becoming an escape room hot spot in the UK and we think Hounds Escape Rooms have yet again proved why with the opening of their new room The Explorers Diary. It had only been only for 9 or 10 days before we popped along to experience this highly anticipated room after playing their Southern Discomfort and Questionable Ethics rooms.
The Explorer’s Diary was an absolutely immersive and incredibly fun room to play. Being initially wowed by the beautiful set design and then challenged with high quality and varied puzzles, we couldn’t really have asked for much more.Another absolute triumph for Hounds. We loved this game.
