The sets were quite cool and immersive, and they tried to create a theatrical experience by integrating a couple of characters in addition to the avatar. Unfortunately we ended up spending too much time in the first room, and so felt quite rushed for the rest of the game. As a result, we couldn't really enjoy the concierge character--he just came across as a random distraction. We also found the ending a bit confusing--it didn't really relate to the narrative around the game. There were a few cool elements, but some of the puzzles were solved in quite random ways, with no real connection to the narrative.
Loved this room as its got a great mix of the theatrical, the spooky and down right funny! Nice mix of puzzles and the flow works well to build to a great finale.
A real must do, if only to meet the Logan Hotels amazing receptionist!
For who love immersive theater... amazing actors, good puzzle and some funny jumpscare.
A decent room made better by having a couple of entertaining actors interact with you in the room.
