Oh this takes me back! It literally took my breath away when o walked in and I had to spend a good few minutes looking round at everything first. Accompanied by squeals of delight as we uncovered many original 80s treasures and identified nostalgia from the time. I almost forgot we were there to achieve our mission and wanted to just chill in the room reading and listening to the music (which we got to choose ourselves how cool is that!). But we got on with it and with only one brief time of feeling stuck we flowed freely through the game solving puzzles and finding creative ways to progress, before a clever reveal and, rather sadly having to return to modern times. Loved this room so much for the cleverness and attention to detail. This whole venue is superb, and the owners and GMs are fun, passionate and engaging. Strongly recommended!

We did this escape room as a family (with 13 & 15 year olds) and really enjoyed it. The 80s theme was really well done and there were some lovely touches that made the whole thing original (especially the soundtrack to the whole experience). As others have said, it's clear the designers here put a lot of thought and effort into it.
We will definitely be back to try the other two games.

This is probably the only room ive done (ive not done loads but enough to spot a trend) that actually looks like what it is supposed to be. They say its a 1980s teenagers bedroom, and thats exactly what it looks like. The music is great, the room is very well looked after.
The whole thing is very padlock orientated, lots of codes and keys. A good ending too.
Having said that, I feel it would be virtually impossible to finish this with zero help from the GM. There is some moments that are just so out there that I don't think you would ever work out how to start a puzzle without some guidance.
Completed this game with hubby and our 12 and 8 year old daughters. This was our 11th escape room and we all loved it! It was very family friendly with many components that the girls could complete too. One of our favourite escape rooms so far and the staff were very enthusiastic and friendly which is always a bonus. Can't wait to try their other rooms!
Agent Brains Escape Games has two locations a few minutes walk apart. Their main one, where this game is located, is on a super cute little street in Letchworth Garden City, a short walk from the train station. There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and other stores aplenty to check out and fuel up before or after your game. Thereβs a nice little reception area, bathroom (with some quirky branding), absolutely lovely staff, and hooks in the rooms for your things.
I don't often give star ratings, but I definitely want to boost this exciting young venue, great fun and classy set.
