You and your team are locked in cells ,anxiously waiting for your penalty The decision was made against you. The request for exculpation was rejected. The plot against you is so well made that it leads you all to the death row. The time of the execution for one of you is approaching. The electric chair is ready for use, but a damage to the central system, delays the executing of the sentence. Will there be enough time to find evidence of your innocence, or will you witness the execution of your friends, but also yours..?

Please be aware there are tunnels in this game. I asked the company before booking and they told me ‘there’s nothing like that in our games’. So i was very disappointed i had been lied to as i have bad claustrophobia (specifically for tunnels!). Otherwise this is a solid game, the thought had clearly gone into the set design and finish of the game. Some good puzzles too, i would recommend
The set design was in-keeping to the story and we truly felt like we were part of it. I can genuinely say, I had no idea where passageways were going to open. I am usually very good at finding the openings and I could not see any! This room is full of twists and turns which added to the sense of adventure. The actor plays a fun and entertaining character who we interacted with a few times throughout the story.
Most of the puzzles were fitting, bar one towards the end that we found frustrating. We escaped with good time and pumped with adrenaline!
Prison escape is probably the single most common escape room theme, and I’ve played dozens of variations on it in a great many different places; and No Exit’s Death Row is quite simply the best prison themed escape room I’ve played anywhere.
While I guess I could leave the review at that, it’s worth knowing in advance that this is a performance game with an actor. This is not a horror room and the actor is not there to scare you, but he is certainly an antagonist; those of a sensitive dispositi...
A conspiracy has put us in this hopeless situation. The appeal has been denied and the decision is final. The electric chair is waiting for us! When the time of execution comes for one of us, a malfunction in the central system grants us a short respite, which we can use to make one last desperate attempt to escape and find evidence of our innocence. What do we have to lose?
Death Row by No Exit is special in that it was the first room on our first trip to Athens and the first room I ever played in Athens. Accordingly, the anticipation was very high. It’s not a horror experience, which in itself is rather the exception for Athens. It’s a classic escape scenario in which we have to escape from death row. Doesn’t sound that exciting at first. But what we experienced there was anything but boring.
