Played this as an add on to an ER trip to BCN - it is a bit out of the way (but easy to get to) and needed something that fitted with an early game before coming home. It was quite different from all the other games we played in BCN - although there is probably a lot of tech involved it does not look it, the set is great. Bit dark in places for me (in terms of being able to see well enough to do things) but a very solid and fun experience with largely tactile puzzles. The only time I have played an ER where I have got the "fastest time I have ever seen anyone do that puzzle" accolade.
Overall, on the easier side of a normal difficulty game but we had a great time and it flowed well. It's hard to know when in BCN what to pick as there are so many high quality games and if you can only do 3 or 4 there are other absolute must dos: however if you're doing a few would recommend including this on your list.
The Lord of the Rings sends his regards. As an avowed Tolkien fan I was very curious, because I had never played such a topic before. So you enter the abandoned mines of the dwarves, explore their secrets bit by bit and penetrate deeper and deeper into the mysterious world of Barum Dum.
