Less of an escape room; more of a 'scare experience' with a couple of puzzles.

A great room.

We did play it a while ago and i believe things have changed but it was very good.

The host is a highlight, the owner is very passionate and it comes through in the room.

Set design is great and you can tell this room was done by a genuine horror fan.

A must do for all horror room fans

This is probably the 'scarier' of the two games.

A little light on puzzles.

Great use of natural features.

Low ceiling throughout.

I’ve had Paralysis on my list for a while so was chuffed to finally visit. However if you’re after a typical escape room, this is not it. It is rather light on puzzles to solve, the immersion really comes from the decoration and scare-factor. The hosting was fantastic from the start, really getting us ready for an hour of fear. Taking place in an old cellar, we were on edge from minute one.

That all being said, we escaped within 35 minutes so didn’t really get the full experience. I have a feeling this would be a lot better if played as a pair, as opposed to a group of four like we did.

The puzzles were pretty basic, but the immersion into the story was brilliant. More of a scare-room than an escape room.

We’ll still be heading back for Entity and Feast though! πŸ‘»

Think you know what an escape room is? THINK AGAIN.

This isn't just an escape room, this is an experience. A very immersive experience. If you have a phobia, it's likely to be included. Does the room have masses of puzzles? not at all. Does the room fill you with adrenaline? Absolutely.

This room is not for the feint of heart in any way shape or form.

If you are going to this room to complete an escape room, you may be slightly disappointed, but if you understand that this is all about a truly immersive experience, then you will come out thinking WOW just like we did.

Horror truly has evolved
