After five years of cat and mouse with the police, Pig Face’s world collapsed. His lair was discovered, forcing him to leave. Sick of living in the sewer, Pig Face started his search for a new home. He had almost given up hope! But then, he stumbled across the disused cellar of an old bombed out theatre in Bedminster…

Pig Face’s desire to possess his victim’s skin leads him to build a new, even more twisted escape game. Ready to unleash this next chapter on the world, Pig Face is back up to his old tricks.

Locked underground in a dark and eerie cellar, you will be given one chance to see if you’re worthy of escape, with new twists and puzzles to solve.

We loved the original Hell in a Cell but this is likely to be the worst game we'll ever play.

It may be possible with more people but I can't see how. The first puzzle simply cannot be solved without the intervention of the host. After that the puzzles are of a sort that would be effortless in decent light.

I'm lost for words to describe how vile the environment is (ok, it's a cellar, so each to their own) but you will get very dirty and handle some really gross props.

I've said "Dangerous" because something happens before you enter the room and you're then led down a flight of stairs. Dear hosts - Prevent the risk of a broken bone or two - do it the other way round!

As an escape room - pretty bad. As a fun scare-experience with friends, well worth doing.

Easily the scariest escape game I've found, get chained up with a bag over your head in a jail cell and escape through the dark. Not the best puzzles but amazing atmosphere. Visited again on 21/10/17

Hell in a Cell is a room for a large team, and makes heavy use of darkness and atmospherics. The puzzles would be mostly pretty easy in a brightly lit room... but they're mostly pretty easy anyway, because the staff push you hard in the right direction, giving corrections and guidance the instant you seem in danger of confusion.

As a themed experience, it's well executed and the ending is great. But if you're here for the puzzles, you're going to be frustrated. I suppose a horror-themed room sh...

We are blindly led into the abandoned underground prison cells of Bristol's old Crown Courts to play this escape room which is billed as one of the top scare attractions. What will we make of it?
