If you only play one Christmas room this year, make it this one. The hosting is key to this room and it was both hysterically funny and brilliantly done (thank you Ant!). As two elderly folk we were almost crying laughing most of the time. This game is very very suitable for families, the side game of collecting candy canes and the elf's mischievous methods of slowing you down are so much fun.
In terms of the actual puzzles, a great variety as expected from Break Escape and a finale that has to be done, children will love it and anyone with an ounce of Christmas joy will too.
Wow, there is a lot to do in this room! We were glad that as a twosome we booked the 90 minute version of the room as we would have been gutted to run out of time and miss some of the amazing puzzles. This is a blast of a room, we'd been putting it off due to a not great experience at the venue under it's previous name and I'm so glad we went back. Break Escape are a fantastic bunch and they have elevated the experience massively. The hosting was superb (thank you Oleg!).
In terms of game play a larger group will have plenty to do, even with 90 minutes as an experienced couple we still missed a few puzzles. Vast range of puzzles that can be tackled in any order and a hugely satisfying ending. Loved this game and highly recommend it.
This was a perfect marriage for our team. The room and signposting was spot on. It flowed so well and non linear which kept us all busy. We did have moments of not knowing where to go next but found the eureka moment very satisfying. Best room in our Nottingham trip!
Beautiful room and fun environment. The puzzles were done at a rapid pace as everything made sense. However, we never look to get out quickly so a little disappointing to finish so early. However some very nice moments and worth a play!
