immersive
If you don't like the smell of dirty water, you might feel a bit nauseous in this room! Personally for me, I thought the theming, even down to the smell, was just absolutely fantastic and so immersive. Personally my favourite pirate themed room I've done.

It's great to play a fantastic game that's really well hosted. Very original use of the space and we'll be back to play the next game as soon as we are anywhere near Macclesfield. Real challenge but so much fun to be had! Allows non-linear play which enables the whole team to be involved. Proper great!

Wasn’t for us. Had to be told throughout what had unlocked/opened so lost immersion.

original😨creepy
Appropriately themed as a spooky carnival with a spooky host. In the main room there are more carnival mini games than actual puzzles as such, so depends if you like more physical games rather than logic puzzles. There were however more standard escape room puzzles as well, and enough to keep us on our toes for the hour
