Cluequest are clearly a professional outfit and whilst the initial welcome might be a bit rushed, the staff clearly try to take care of you once you get going. Revenge of the sheep is the third of their rooms. The most technically advanced room, they had clearly put a lot of effort into a locked box style puzzle that worked perfectly and was suprisingly enjoyable. The intricacy of some of the puzzles was mitigated only by the cartoon nature of the theme; the strongest themed rooms are incredibly realistic (Oubliette, Mission Breakout), and this should be their goal for room 4.
Overall, this is a strong room that should be high up on your list.
Cluequest’s previous two rooms were fun and challenging, and with this one they’ve pushed the bar higher. One puzzle in particular is unusually high-tech – which is risky for an escape room, but it worked exactly as intended and appeared to be rock solid.
It’s a room brimming with puzzles, where there’s masses to do but which all comes together for the finish. It’s not an easy room and I’d recommend doing it after the other Cluequest rooms, but it’s one worth waiting for.
