This was one of the more dialogue based online escape games that we have played. Lots of videos with actors. It was originally a physical room which was converted to online on the telescape platform. This used a very early version of telescape where you have to input codes to combine two items. In addition a few things had been drawn onto the physical room. There was a fishing "puzzle" that did not make a lot of sense to us - it felt like they just added it in for extra content but it wasn't great content. Early telescape games also have the drawback of the inventory being placed as an item within the room rather than being visible all the time. It is a small thing, but it is annoying when you play.

We really liked a lot of the ideas behind the puzzles in this room - but the execution lacked a bit. We spent more time figuring out how to input our solutions rather than solve puzzles. The theme was nice and the decoration of the room was good.

Unfortunately we started out with a lot of tech problems. Videos were not playing and the popups were black.  We solved this by changing browser and making the browser window smaller. It seemed like there was a problem with a high resolution on the screen.

From reading a review we were expecting a painful counting puzzle. It turned out not to be as painful as we thought so that was a nice surprise. Don't know if it had been changed since the review or we were just lucky.

We really liked the sounds in the game. Both background and when you navigated around.

Just one thing: Some things needed to be done in the correct order, so don't discard an action because you have tried it before. It might have been unlocked since.
