hi-tech
Dark room start without enough torches for the whole team meant that this was a rocky beginning to the room for me. Got better in terms of puzzle and experience, but first impressions matter and I probably didn't enjoy the rest of the room as much as I might have.

A reliable room, lots to do, good signposting. Great GM, will wait to see what there next room is...

Great theming throughout and some clever puzzles that werenβt always immediately obvious what to do. For me there was a bit too much back and forth in a crawl space which seemed unnecessary. Otherwise lots of fun

Another great game from hysteria and a real contrast to the motel! Some physical aspects to the room but all adds to a dramatic climatic end!

A well constructed and planned room, the themeing and set immersing you to a post apocalyptic world. The game is challenging, intense and requires nimble players. The owners and creators are a lovely and passionate couple and great hosts.

Three very different feeling rooms. Our favourite game was Motel California but, if you're looking for something challenging, then I think Aftermath will do the job while if you're looking for a pretty set or family-friendly action then Forgotten Realm would work well.
For us, this room felt like an odd crossover between Jurassic Park and a zombie film - and it worked! Good puzzles in a variety of styles and great set design to boot
Onto the room, as we enter it is set out nicely with furniture and objects appropriate to the theme. This room has a great variation of puzzles and as a team of five there is plenty for each you to concentrate on separately or in pairs.
