This means any last minute presents from the North Pole village to Santa’s workshop are not going to arrive in time for delivery on Christmas Eve! We don’t have to remind you agents that if this is not fixed then Christmas will be ruined for the millions of nice children out there. As our best team we need you to report to the North Pole village and see if you can fix this mess.
