You and your colleagues were framed for a murder you did not commit. The culprit is none other than the infamous psychiatrist Dr. Hannibal Lecter. The only one who knows of what he has done is you and your team.
Testifying in your trial, Dr. Lecter convinces the jury that you are clinically insane and you need to medicate; this buys you a one way ticket to his Insane Asylum. He recognizes that you know too much and has recently poisoned your medication. You only have 60 minutes to find the antidote and escape before it’s too late.
