Seoul Escape Room: Mission to Mars

With the time machine you built in the Time Traveler’s Lab, you traveled back in time to year 1988 to meet your father. Although you weren’t able to meet him, you found his travel notes that indicate that he could be in Peru, Italy, USA, or Mars, each in different time periods. You choose to travel to planet Mars in year 2034 and operate your dad’s time machine that creates a timeportal through which you walk in.

You arrive in a room covered in soft white light. From how the walls are illuminated and the overall simple futuristic decor, you presume you must be in some kind of a spacecraft. You’ve only just begun to look around the seemingly empty room, when a hologram in shape of a person appears before your eyes.

According to the hologram, which works as both a security guard and tour guide, this spacecraft ‘Pleiades’ is on a mission to build the first human colony in Mars. However due to gigantic sandstorm, it crash-landed off course. In order to fix the spacecraft, you must find parts and power source from the other spacecraft ‘Discovery’ that had left Earth 20 years ago with supplies and is stranded somewhere nearby. Aboard ‘Pleiades’ are 100 crew who have not been woken up from their sleep pods due to low power.
If you don’t find and switch out the power source within the next 75 minutes, all life support devices on the ship will go off and everyone, including you and the crew, will die. Do you have what it takes to save the crew and the future of Martian colony?
