Blackout Escape: Operation Helios

TOTAL POWER OUTAGE IN VORARLBERG Trains are at a standstill, elevators are stuck and traffic lights are out. There is traffic chaos throughout Vorarlberg. Hackers have hacked into Vorarlberg's central power system network and created a country-wide blackout. While the power central main building was briefly unmanned due to a clever diversion from the attackers, the hackers electronically locked all the doors of the secret bunker. A large sum of money was demanded to restore the power grid.
