Crucial props were missing, game master took 10 mins to bring in a crucial prop that had been removed during reset. We were told the item was inside and we just hadn't looked hard enough. GM laughed when bringing in the missing prop and no apology was made. Hints weren't given when requested, we had to wait long periods of time and we could hear the GM chatting to others outside the room whilst we were waiting on hints.
We were also asked to take a "losers" photo before we even entered the room, which didn't exactly start us out on the best footing.
The puzzles either required a few leaps of logic or were very simple, there seemed to be no inbetween.
