There is a lot to like about this game. It's very immersive, with puzzles that are clearly tied into the narrative. The use of video cut scenes was imaginative, and there was a good variety of puzzles. Having said that, it felt overthought to us, with too many elaborations and twists, which made it a bit bewildering. We also found it quite frustrating that we didn't know how much time we actually had, since there were multiple clocks that appeared for different parts of the game, with no explanation attached to each. There were also several puzzles that felt like we didn't have enough information to get to the first step of an answer, making for a certain degree of frustration. And clues that seemed to point to more than one puzzle, which meant we wasted a bunch of time doing things that seemed to make sense, but ultimately didn't help us get closer to the denouement.
I sure there are folks who will love this. But we would have enjoyed it a lot more if it had been a bit more doable in the time.
Sleepy Man was anything but a snoozefest! The third and final installment in the Sleepy Man storyline was an absolute blast! From the interactive hosts, to the gametime decision making, me and my group loved the entire experience; and completing it by candlelight made that much better π
A great conclusion to the trilogy! Some really neat stuff that we've never seen before in other escape rooms. They really use the online/live avatar aspects to their advantage.
Highly recommended!
A great, and scary, finale! Would highly recommend this, my friends and I had blast of a time with our excellent host Mitch.
Sleepy Man is the perfect end to an amazing horror trilogy. Much like DeVilleβs and Night Terrors before it, despite being digitally hosted, it very much has the feel of playing a live avatar room. The room has just the right level of creepy and has some very innovative puzzles. Another must play from Mystery Manson Regina !!

If you want to experience this game the right way, make sure you turn off your lights, put on your headphones and if possible, play this on a split screen. This is one of those games that you'll reminisce about even after the game has ended. Questions like "How did they do that?" and "OMG, did you see that?" kept popping out of us. If this was made into a horror movie, I would totally watch it. Afterwards, I'll probably be praying that the Sleepy Man doesn't come visit me in my dreams. Well enough introduction from me, are you ready for your nightmare to begin?
Mystery Mansion Regina knocked it out of the park with their brilliant βfinaleβ to the Sleepy Man trilogy and, despite the swelteringly hot weather we had in the UK this weekend, horror games never fail to send a shiver down my spine! We were also super excited to have booked for the opening weekendβ¦. Which I suppose makes us one of the first teams to take on the evil demonic entity that is The Sleepy Man!
