If you speak Spanish this game would be pretty good, the helper guide, a parrot starts off cute, but does get annoying and is hard to understand.
One puzzle especially even when translated (by the parrot) is a Spanish number puzzle, so you pretty much have to be told the answers.
That said, there is enough in this game that's impressive, in particular the set. So, if in the area, it's worth doing - not sure it's worth making a journey for.
An enjoyable experience on the whole but some areas were very dark and with 1 small torch to share it made searching a bit difficult. Some dark areas also have uneven flooring, so something to be aware of.
As someone has already stated below, hints are delivered by radio through a parrot, but this can sometimes be very difficult to hear.
When we went to our Madrid trip we found this room highly recommended in the UK rankings and decided to go.
You can choose to have it either in English or Spanish. It is NOT a room for English speakers. Majority of things are in Spanish - our Game Master had to translate it. All of this and the clues were a parrot with walkie talkie glued to it and you could have not understand or hear anything they were saying - especially that they were also doing a "parrot voice".
This room is designed for families with small kids. It's massive and the design is good! But if you are an escape room enthusiast (and don't speak Spanish), do avoid it as it does not have good puzzles and the parrot is insanely annoying and very very bad sound quality.
The Game Master was nice and tried to help as much as he could. Only because of that and the size of the room that place get some stars from me.
