As big fans of the Lucky Luke comics, we just had to play this during an overnight stop in Brussels on our train journey from Germany to London. And as expected, it was a fun game with a jail breakout mission and creative and varied puzzles. Unfortunately multiple times the puzzle mechanics refused to work as intended, so the game master had to come into the room to let us proceed. Also we felt that the game flow and clues could have been a bit better in places, but overall, we still had a good time. Recommended very much for families, beginners and all fans of the comic strips.

I'm told that Lucky Luke the cowboy and his hapless adversaries the Daltons are comic book characters with fame rivalling that of Asterix or Tintin, but I'd somehow never come across them until this escape room. For those equally unfamiliar with them, the Daltons are a gang of moustachioed outlaws who often appear in the Lucky Luke books, typically escaping from prison at the start of the story and inevitably ending up back there by the conclusion. The second game we played at Escape Prod in Brussels was also based on a well-known comic series. Who doesnβt know them, the Dalton crime gang from Lucky Luke, consisting of the four brothers Joe, William, Jack and Averell? In the Lucky Luke album Nepotism the comic Daltons are introduced as the cousins of the historical Daltons, Bob, Grat, Bill and Emmett, who lived 1861-1937.
