Overall a great game, even though we struggled to finish in time.
Set design is always great from EE - love the way they design their spaces.
The final puzzle doesn't seem very covid safe, so we needed prompting to do what we needed to do and in the confusion messed it up a bit. Finished with a couple of minutes to spare.
Theme came through better than other EE games. Puzzles better too, in general more logical, less frustrating (apart from 'X' logo that doesn't look like what it represents!!). Enjoyable experience.

We hadn't done a room themed around a real cinema before. Some very cool props that made it seem immersive. The puzzles were clever and there was good signposting throughout the room, making it clear how to progress. We will be back to do their remaining rooms.
Enjoyed aspects of the theme and details, but felt that some of the puzzles were not logical / intuitive. Difficult as a team of 2 to be able to complete some of the puzzles, probably better as a larger group.

The theming extended to the background music, and after playing I had 60s hits going round my head for the rest of the day.
The other linking theme of Exciting Escapes' rooms is spies and espionage. In this one you're searc...
Another good offering from Exciting Escapes. The beautiful set, combined with some tougher, unusual puzzles and some good, logical challenges makes this a game that I'd recommend if you're in the area.
