We had an appalling experience with this game. Within the first 5 minutes or so we had one prop, that had not been charged properly. We then spent 10 minutes trying to get the host's attention to no avail. When they did finally come we had to wait another 5-10 mins for it to be charged. It really flavoured the rest of the experience for us which seemed incredibly disjointed. Tbf, they had only just opened but the money they charged at the time was so much more than any escape room in London and it really didn't seem worth it unfortunately - but again, we were probably let down by extremely poor hosting. I do have memories of this game involving my friends that I will treasure until my dying day.
Played this as a two and I think we could have done with another couple. Especially as one task took one of us quite some time.
Enjoyed the theming. Had read reviews that suggested it could be a bit adult themed but it wasn’t anything much - though we didn’t complete so didn’t see a final video so that may have been.
There was good interaction to get the story started with video prompts. Clues were received via a walkie talkie which we definitely had to use this time. Really good hosts and helpful. One puzzle was frustrating as we got it right twice but something was a bit broken so it took us asking for help on 3rd attempt to realise we had to wiggle it, that took up a bit of our time.
Definitely made us laugh and I can imagine a bigger group (up to 5 allowed) would have fun.
Easy to find from train/tube with lots of shops/restaurants in immediate area.
Lots of fun, some very original puzzles, good theming - sadly the final room is far too easy - took us about a minute!

Stag and hen groups are a reliable source of custom for escape rooms, so perhaps it's surprising how few games in the UK have a risqué theme - I'm aware of four in the country, and six months ago there was only one. One of those four is Hangover Déjà Brew, which takes inspiration from the movie The Hangover, though only in broad strokes: you're in the role of a group of friends who've woken up the morning after a wild stag do with no memories of the night before, to find the groom missing and li...
