We have such mixed feelings about this room. Its not really a normal escape room.
Positives:
Easily the most beautiful, biggest and well themed room we've ever done, particularly if you are kingsman fan! Even with out annoyances with the room, im so glad we got to see it.
The host dresses up brilliantly and even the props are perfect.
We really did get into it all and mostly enjoy ourselves.
The host only gave hints when asked and its all on theme.
Negatives:
The hosting was a bit poor. He made some sarcastic and cutting comments to us when we missed a sign asking us to close something we'd opened. Felt rather rude.
The 'puzzles' are extremely difficult and we dont really see how anyone escapes as there is far too much to do in an hour, especially with a small team. He explained what we still had left to do and we easily would need another 20/30 minutes. Feels like you need to be pros to do this room.
Our biggest gripe was that some of the 'puzzles' simply dont make sense unless you are in the hosts head. We were told going in not to move or touch certain things, but then we actually need to touch and move them for the puzzle and to move on which was really frustrating.
One particular puzzles involves doing something other escape rooms would tell you off for, potentially kick you out, which was so confusing.
