After a short walk in the forest, you spot a run-down old cabin that stands alone in the cold air. You step inside to find the cabin empty. The door suddenly slams closed behind you and locks, trapping you inside. Mysterious figures in black hoods begin to emerge from the trees. They are all members of a strange cult devoted to bringing a demon back into this world. For this to happen, your sacrifice is required. The ritual will last an hour, you donβt have much time to find a way outβ¦

We were really amazed by this room the minute we were in there. Looks aboslutely stunning, incredibly atmospheric, so much to look at and interact with. It's a great set off point, and the host did an amazing job of getting us immersed and rolling with our banter. Had an amazing time. All of the rooms had really distinct and different themeing - all of which were great, and there was a great variety of puzzles that were involved, some great original stuff we found really cool, and were really fun and benefited from a big group to go searching and put heads together. Hands down the most impressed we've been at an escape room and the best time we've had as a group. Host was amazing afterwards, offered to get us some really great photos in the room which we treasure, absolutely great energy.
Had one tech hitch the host helped with on a puzzle that honestly would have been insanely cool had it worked, but there was so much else to love and have a great time with that we barely noticed.
Usually, Escape Reality games can be a bit of a hit-or-miss and are usually designed for newer players however this room really shocked us.
The room is first of all story-driven, with a clearly defined story and objective from start to end. It also isn't entirely linear, which is nice. There is something for many people to do, so bigger groups or experienced groups like ours all found themselves with something to solve or something they had been proud of solving afterward.
Plenty of little nerdy easter eggs we picked up on which was a nice touch.
Personally, I don't mind their hint system but this remains within the room but the set design and the puzzles are all fun and a level up from the normal Escape Reality experience. Would recommend.
An enjoyable game, solid puzzles and nicely laid out ideas. The cabin itself is pretty spacious and for those places that are not so well lit a torch is provided from the very beginning.
The host was friendly and enthusiastic. There was no intro video or storyline (only what I had already read on the website before booking) but it all made sense and we asked the host what our goal was.
All the tech and puzzles worked well except the very last one, where we couldn't tell if it had triggered anything and kept swapping it over, which was a bit of a sad way to end. This is their newest room so perhaps the ending is intentional.
The clue /help system was quite unusual. They give you an ipad which you use to scan QR codes that are located around the room, adjacent to each puzzle. The host said that these are not so much hints as solutions so we didn't use it at all. The alternative was that we press a button by the main exit door and the host would see a light at the reception desk and could come in and help us if we explain what was wrong. We could see cameras in the room but maybe no one is watching? No idea.
Anyway, we solved it with about 10-12 minutes left - the clock didn't stop and the host never mentioned a time. We didn't need any clues, just occasionally if we were stuck we would go back and remind ourselves of what we hadn't used and figure it out.
Really loved the creepy soundtrack. Aside from all the dead bodies and satanic symbolism this wasn't scary.
All in all a solid room.
