THE WORLD OF TALES
For many years, Pandore & Associés has been in charge of guarding the world of tales. This universe is a subtle mix of magic, technology and colourful characters. But this world is more fragile than it seems…
The slightest malfunction can upset the balance of this enchanted universe.
So to ensure that the world of Tales does not collapse, Pandora has created the LXR unit. Made up of experts in various fields (enchantment, engineering of enchanted objects, safety of endangered monsters…), the LXR teams are the true guarantors of the protection and proper functioning of the world of Tales.
To facilitate their work and their movements, the LXR teams have developed a state-of-the-art object: the Transconteur. This fantastic tool creates ephemeral portals between the different Tales.

JOIN LXR
We regularly recruit maintenance staff to ensure that our stories are wonderful, read after read. However, regulating the world of Tales is no small task and the last LXR team didn’t last long. Time is of the essence! A sudden problem has arisen inside and we’ve been tasked with fixing it.
Don’t worry, you’re hired for simple maintenance in the world of Tales. But if things get out of hand, we’re counting on you to show your courage and ingenuity to counter any threat to this fantastic world…

This game wasn't particularly challenging but it was cute and wholesome fun. The host was great and in character right from the start. Only thing to watch out for is that even beginning the game is in character but the instructions of what to say to kick off the game were written in French in the email even though everything else had been translated into English so we struggled right at the first hurdle until the French speaker in our group read the email and saved the day.

quite easy😨creepy

I was disappointed by this escape room.

First of all, the puzzles are very simplistic, mostly unoriginal, and not very rewarding. It doesn’t feel like a lot of thought went into them. For the price and given all the high reviews on Google and The Escapers, it was a real disappointment.

For the purposes of the escape room narrative, there is one interaction with an actor. I found that interaction extremely unpleasant and felt bullied by the character. I know it was part of the story and the bullying was fairly light, but still, it felt unnecessary. I was on edge for the entire time after that, and it was quite early on. I would not recommend this place sadly.

A warning up front: even more than most escape rooms, this game may benefit from playing it with zero foreknowledge - so if you haven’t played it already, consider whether you want to read on at this point.
As escape room premises go, this one is hard to beat: you’re being recruited as agents to manage the world of stories and fairy tales. Once we’d weaved through the street market taking place outside and persuaded the host to let us in, we were immediately in a place of mysteries and surprise...
The Big Bad Wolf went vegetarian, Aladdin’s lamp is coughing, and the Evil Queen is now growing unappetising pumpkins instead of delicious apples. What is going on with the Fairy Tale Universe? The Land of Fairy Tales is powered by magic but it’s more fragile than you would think. The slightest malfunction can upset the balance and the enchanted universe could collapse. As the new LXR unit of Pandore & Associés, it’s your task to fix the story world. The game is fully immersive right from the very beginning, and it spreads over a 120m2 magical (grown-up) playground.
