Difficult to rate this... It is touted as being the hardest room here and it is indeed hard but perhaps not for the right reasons.
Firstly, our hosts were lovely but were trying to run several games at once and they were rushed off their feet (not their fault at all) which meant hints were a long time coming. We needed hints in here because, although it starts off flowing well, there come a few points where it is very unclear what to do and we really needed some subtle signposting. We just didn't gel with the room at all but that's not to say that other teams might.
That said, there were a couple of really enjoyable puzzles near the beginning that we liked.
