immersivebroken techpoor hosting

The venue appears very corporate, clean and open, well presented, but not a warm welcome, clearly just another customer and more interesting in selling drinks, nothing personal.

The room is beautifully themed, with some original puzzles ... really good first impression... but we quickly found some of the tech didn't work and had to be moved-on by the host... who didn't seem to be paying attention, giving clues to puzzles already solved and then presenting 'prizes' for ones we haven't tried yet.   The room has all the ingredients to be great, and a bit of broken tech isn't the end of the world, but we left feeling disappointed mostly be the lack of customer service... I don't think they cared if it worked, or if we enjoyed it.
