A large-team room with a prohibition-era pub theme, the operators use a public booking system where you can play with strangers – though we had a team of seven and had it to ourselves anyhow.
It’s very robustly constructed, with every single prop and decoration that doesn’t need to be moved fixed rigidly in place. There were some of the coordination problems that tend to occur with bigger teams, and I think some of our players spent a little too much time left without any clear puzzle to work on. There were also a couple of puzzles where the answer seemed slightly arbitrary or needed a little general knowledge.
Average game, medium interest puzzles with some effort on theme. I’m always put off slightly by rooms that feel too corporate.
