Your guide has had you trekking for hours around the Cairngorms. By now you’re tired, sore, grumpy and running low on water. You have a feeling of remoteness & isolation, and demand you want to stop to pitch your tent for the night. He’s not happy! Without saying a word he sprints off and abandons you miles from civilisation. You begin to freak out – you’re disorientated and sense something is watching you.
