As this room has a minimum of 3 players, we brought a friend. Unfortunately, the room was fairly empty and pretty basic. There was only one reason to need 3 players, and it could easily have been built to only need 2. The room itself left one of us, and at several times, 2 of us standing around not doing anything

It was a fun room with decent puzzles, but be wary if you have bad knees. It required a lot of sitting on the floor and crouching, which I struggled with, causing us to run over by 2 minutes. They let us finish the room because we were so close. A few pretty cool puzzles, although one was a little janky. As a couple doing this room, the waiting area and initial briefing felt very corporate-focused, but the room didn't.

Very plain room, not much physically there. The puzzles were rather strange, and it didn't seem to flow very well. They also thought we'd booked for a different game, so we had to wait while they prepared the room we'd actually booked.

As a team that doesn't like scary rooms, this was incredible. We asked them to turn down the scares, which they happily did, removing the jump scare and turning down the music. There was a crawl space and some really good puzzles.

Our first-ever escape room, and it set a very high bar for all future rooms. Our GM was fantastic, and the scoring system was so cool! There's one feature we haven't seen since in over 50 rooms. Honestly, we can't recommend it enough!

Quite a creepy room, although the wonderful GM had turned down the scare factor for us because we're not good with scary scenes. The theming was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the iPad at the start. The theming started before the room, being given tic tacs to 'knock us out' before we entered the room. One padlock failed during our game, and our GM apologised, and fixed it for us (while we were working on other puzzles, so the immersion wasn't lost). By the time we'd finished the room 5 minutes later, she'd already refunded the entire cost of the room as an apology. Definitely not necessary, but a wonderful example of great customer service.
