Honestly a little disappointed by the haunted toy store,

The room was ok although it looked more like a weird kids bedroom than a store,

Some of the clues were far fetched & just confusing like dial buttons looking exactly like hob buttons but no, that’s not the clue, two of the first boxes you see when you start the game are in fact opened at the very end of the game (so you feel like you missed something until the very end & waste time on it), many times we unlocked something but didn’t really know what, some of the labels are hardly readable and colors hardly recognizable because the light is so dimmed, and the do not touch signs are written in the same way than clues.

Nice little room, however ending was flat and not really in keeping with the rest of the room. There was another room at the venue that we would have considered doing but the doors were left wide open as we left as they were resetting the room so got a good view in at lots of completed puzzles. Nice staff at venue however.

Note: We played a special, live actor version of the room for Halloween. Without a live actor it probably wouldn’t appeal to hardcore enthusiasts as much, but we had a great time!
