After following the email of arriving 15 minutes early, it got to 10 minutes after out start time and still no sign of anyone. I rang the number and someone answered and seemed shocked we were there even though we booked well I'm advance and he said 'yep, can see your booking' Some one finally appeared, no apologies for them being late or making us wait 30 minutes for no reason. This mixed with poor hosting on both rooms, make these the worst experiences in escape rooms we've had. Small 30 minute Room. Room was ok but alot of Red herrings and puzzles didn't really flow. The main door wouldn't close and kept opening fully, so could hear and see outside people in the Cinema which ruined the immersive feel.
