Some nice puzzles but the whole room is in the semi-dark which always detracts for me as I find it frustrating to not be able to see puzzles properly.
One of my favourite ever rooms. We had an amazing GM who must have been running around behind the scenes. The room looks a little basic but, honestly, it was so much fun we really didn't notice. The puzzles are great and the way the scares work (you jump, then laugh, then get on with solving) made it enormous fun. A riot.
So clever and immersive. Great scare moments too
Great room - Scary by my standards but I'm a wimp. All the rooms at Escape Reading are great. I preferred some others but that's more down to their theming, rather than the quality.
Did on "non-scary" mode, in it for the puzzles.
Really enjoyed this escape room, quite basic in its build but lots of jump scares and great hosting

Horror rooms are a varied lot, and can be anything from puzzle-driven games with a few blood splatters and fake severed fingers to set the scene, through to full on terror experiences where solving anything is complicated by flickering lights and chainsaw-wielding maniacs.
