In the middle part of the 19th Century, the search got underway to discover the tomb of Anubis, God of the Afterlife, and sworn protector of the Golden Ankh - an ancient amulet said to hold the key to eternal life itself.
When finally unearthed, explorers from around the globe descended upon the Ancient Egyptian burial site to search for the treasure within. Many of these explorers never returned, others emerged after an hour, dazed, confused and speaking in tongues. To prevent further tragedy, the tomb's entrance was sealed some 50 years ago and has remained so ever since - that is until now...
Do you have what it takes to enter the tomb, outwit Anubis, locate the Golden Ankh and escape within 1 hour?

clevergreat hosting

While this might not be the fanciest Egyptian-themed room we've done, we had a great time in here and we really enjoyed the puzzles. There are a lot of padlocks and some nicely put together puzzles that make good use of the limited space. Everything follows on logically and makes sense, which always makes for an enjoyable room.

Rob is an incredibly enthusiastic host and he makes the experience very personal, which makes a huge difference to the overall enjoyment factor.

After failing quite tremendously at the first Egyptian themed escape room I experience I have since been trying to stay away from them for fear that I would fail again but when my friends decided they wanted to do Anubis at Cluedini in Darlington it was time to confront the Egyptian gods once more and try to not suffer their wrath or fail.
