Can you help? There have been multiple strange occurrences at the gallery recently, leading up to the missing artefacts. But not all is as it seems. 'The Caretaker' has disappeared too, with strange messages left in his stead. It's almost as though he's done this on purpose - but we know very little more.
We can supply the message from the caretaker, but have nothing else to go on.
Could you and your crack team come and help, and SOON!?

Great little gimmick in the room which Iβd never seen before, but it was ruined a little by the host during the brief. We were told in too much detail what would happen in the room, which did spoil it for us. Some great puzzles in there, but there were a couple that felt that theyβd been stretched out to make up the 75 minutes.

As a local we'd heard great things about GOG. We'd previously played thier other games and we're excited for this one. However we've played recently and were disappointed with a few bits.
The room itself had some great qwerks and does challenge you, but some aspects were questionable. (Sharp objects?) As well as certain bits feeling stretched out, but overall we enjoyed the game.
However, before we started our excitement was quickly extinguished as our brief (probably one of the longest I've ever had) explained in detail the best parts of the room and completely ruined the magic which felt completely unnecessary. At the point where the brief ended I was completely putout which was a shame and probably did ruin the game for us.
The Guardian of the Gallery doesnβt feel like your average escape room. You can tell that this is built by an enthusiast who wants to push boundaries and create something different. This room is challenging, yet fair, and will likely be a firm favourite on the enthusiast scene for a long time to come.
Thereβs a nice dose of humour present throughout the game together with effective, charming world-building, not harmed by the 75-minute running time, which allows greater immersion than a usual hour-long slot.
We will just come out and say it β this is probably one of the most immersive rooms we have completed in the UK. Often with UK escape rooms you feel somewhat immersed but you cant quite overlook the fact you are in an ex-office building, this place bucks that trend.
